What is your
refund/exchange policy? |
|
If you are not fully satisfied with
your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund within 30 days
of the purchase date. A full refund will be sent to you (minus the
original shipping costs, if any).
If you would like to exchange the product you received, we will
honor an exchange for products of the same value within 30 days of
your order date.
Playing cards must be sealed to be accepted as a return.
For any return, you must first contact us requesting a return
authorization form.

What payment methods do you accept? |

We let
PayPal handle payment
processing since they are the experts when it comes to secure, fast,
online payment. PayPal accepts payment via credit card,
debit card, or bank account. When you pay with PayPal,
your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by us. Your
financial information stays safe. Plus, you’re protected 100%
against unauthorized payments sent from your account.
We also accept money orders or
cashiers check as payment. You must first
contact us
and request an invoice if you'd like to send a money order or
cashiers check as payment.

Do you charge sales
tax? |

CaraGails is a registered business
operating in the state of New Jersey. Therefore, we charge 7%
sales tax to all orders shipped to New Jersey. No sales tax is
charged for any other states.

When and how will
my item ship? |
|
Orders are typically processed within
24 hours and shipped within 48 hours of playing an order. All
domestic orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS)
Priority or First Class mail, and include a delivery confirmation
number. Delivery times vary but are typically 2-6 business
days. International orders
are shipped via Air Mail or Global Priority.
Additional shipping rates apply for International orders.
